Our Client is a leading multinational Medical Device Company. For their future growing plans, we are looking for an EMA Product Manager fully responsible for developing and managing marketing plans and activities for the Infusion Disposables platform in the EMA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
  • Analysing and understanding key market trends and develop the relevant marketing strategies in alignment with the country and regional platform strategies;
  • Determining customers' needs and gaps by specifying the research needed to obtain market information;
  • Managing country/region specific marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation in alignment with the country and regional teams;
  • Being accountable for the Regional Product Life cycle management, Regional Product portfolio and strategy that will deliver our performance growth objectives;
  • Coordinating opportunities and priorities identification for new products growth and successful implementation of the regional plans, provides support and leverage global and regional marketing tools;
  • Leading Regional Processes that interface and align the country, Regional, European and global organization;
  • Driving and Delivering Product Line Growth;
  • New Product Sales Growth;
  • Maximizing profits through alignment of Product Mix Particular pricing guidelines development and gate keeping;
  • Managing short & long-term Product Planning;
  • Market Research;
  • Product Training & Capacity Building;
  • Developing Regional Marketing Strategies;
  • Leading new platform product launches.
The ideal candidate will be directly reporting to Regional Manager and should have following qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years sales & marketing experience in multi-national company preferably in healthcare or life sciences’ company;
  • Exposure to new product launches, regional expansion or a start-up business process;
  • Willing to travel 50% plus;
  • Strategic Thinking;
