Assistant Internal Audit Manager

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking & Finance, International Relations or other relevant fields
  • Min 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, internal process developlment and audit.
  • Big4 audit (leasing, banking, factoring ,FSI) background is an asset
  •  Knowledge in reporting, documantation and coordination
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Team player, dynamic, proactive and analytical profile with management skills
  • Able to work in flexible hours
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Have no restriction to travel
  • Self-diciplined

 
Job Description
  • Reporting directly to General Manager
  • Monitoring of the effectiveness of internal control and business processes of the Company
  • Examining whether the company's activities are carried out in accordance with laws, regulations, group policies and internal procedures
  • Updated local processes and job descriptions
  • Ensuring compatibility between global policies and local procedures
  • Making process improvement and development proposals
  • To take part in coordination and to take part in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Involvement in projects related to compliance with the task area, which may come from the Central Compliance Unit
